The remote Muota Valley is one of the most interesting music regions in Switzerland. Inventive instrumentalists developed their very own music here around 1900. The Ad-Höckeler have their role models in the legendary groups around Rees Gwerder. With the Trio Ambäck, we encounter three outstanding Swiss folk musicians who have been moving off the beaten track of traditional music for years and are also strongly influenced by the music from the Muota Valley.
