Pirmin Huber Roadtrip
A trip to the north
"Roadtrip" is the result of an amazing journey. Pirmin Huber was able to travel through the north with a caravan, provided by the Otto Pfeifer Foundation, and worked out his own compositions on his double bass in various cities and places.
From the vastness of Denmark to the majestic North Sea, along the picturesque west coast to the impressive streets of Stockholm and finally to the untouched wide open spaces of Finland. Each stop on this journey served as a fountain of inspiration for the compositions on the EP "Roadtrip".
The music of "Roadtrip" is a fascinating mixture of folk sounds and tuneful melodic sequences. Each composition tells its own story, inspired by the magical impressions and emotions Pirmin Huber experienced in each place he visited.
